Stop for a minute, and breath.

The one’s demonizing are always demons themselves.

Dead Laughter

You’re a creeping beast, you stick on me.
You leave me no peace, you will kill me.
Even when you’re a shadow
you weigh me down
A thousand pounds
And I won’t ever find an escape

You’re a deadly plague, with no reason.
You keep me at bay, with no reason.
Although no one else can see you
you block my sight
The great stone wall
Keeping the others from helping me

You’re a silent voice, of dead laughter
You have beaten me, dead hereafter
And I can only forgive,
Can’t fight you back
I always lack
A way to fight you back to your cave

You’re a black widow, filled with my fears
You give me nothing, but cold and tears
You release your hardened grasp
Your abuse ends
My end begins
I’ll see you all in hell, once again.

Having fights in your head still hurts.

Eventually you start to physically feel the emotional beating you’ve taken.

Day 1: A story about rain.

Gray. The sky was an incredibly dreadful shade of gray. As the tears kept hitting the ground I couldn’t help but feel pure pleasure. These droplets kept dancing about the neighbor’s roof, arrhythmically narrating my silent pondering. The storms, like the shore, had waves, ebbing and flowing. All water shares the same soul.

Without touching, rain can clean. A weary soul bathes in the downpour this afternoon has given. How comfortable am I, surrounded by walls, covered by a room, enveloped by this structure I so fortunately have. How much I want to run out, to join the storm, to be held in moisture’s embrace, to be wet, to let my tears join with nature’s.

How clean a dirty world can be.

I want to do a thirty-day writing challenge

but all the ones I found suck. I’m just going to make up my own:

Day 1: Write a story
Day 2: Write another Story
Day 3: Write another Story
Day 4: Write another Story
Day 5: Write another Story

you get the idea.
